The federation of the Swiss Watch Industry, the FH, is publishing a list of unavailable materials in Switzerland and keeping it updated (French and German only). Based on the entries in this list, a watch manufacturer can assume that he can exclude the costs of materials supplied from abroad from his manufacturing costs, in proportion with their quoted unavailability.
