First Subsidiary in Asia in 1972
With demand growing steadily in the markets concerned, Ronda established an initial foothold in Hong Kong, which was then still a British crown colony, in 1972. The Ronda Group’s first Asian subsidiary assembled watch movements: initially mechanical pallet and pin-pallet movements, and later quartz movements.
