Advising and supporting customers has a high priority at Ronda. That's why we like to convey our expertise on watch movements in both personal dialogues and specific seminars.
Tailor-made seminars
We have noticed over the past few years that different watch manufacturers have very different requirements. So it’s not just technical expertise that they may seek from us; it’s an optimum blend of information and interactive exchange. In view of this, we are now offering our customers tailor-made seminars that can be geared precisely to their wishes and needs.
Basic courses
Technical training for professional service personnel
These 1-to-2-day courses for the watchmakers and service technicians of our customers or of watchmaking schools offer largely practical instruction which is supplemented by the corresponding theoretical expertise.
After completing the course, participants will be equipped to provide an efficient Ronda watch movement service – as we confirm by issuing a course certificate.
Information training
These one-day courses give administrative teams, product managers and designers the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the entire Ronda movement range. We also offer participants an intriguing insight into the manufacture of movements and their components.
Costs
All the training we offer and the associated documentation are provided free of charge. Ronda also supplies all the jigs, tools and measuring instruments required. The costs of travel to and from the course, any accommodation costs and other non-course expenses are borne by the participants.
